COLOUR:

Bright, deep ruby colour, with an intense concentration and vibrant hue.

AROMA:

Notes of sweet cassis, fresh raspberry and peppermint, with a hint of a herbal lift. Coconut and vanilla oak are evident, with a floral note of wild herbs and minerality.

PALATE:

Follows on with dark, ripe fruits of cassis and raspberry, with granite minerality. A white pepper and creamy chocolate palate, with notes of flowers and herbs persist, integrated with elegant ripe tannins and fine grain vanilla oak, balanced acidity and long lingering finish. A concentrated wine with minerality and elegance.
