The Ochotierras winery was designed with the aim to produce top quality wines. It was built at underground level, allowing us to use gravity in part of the winemaking process. This reduces the use of pumps and preserves exceptional condition of the wines. Equipped with small wells, we harness the full potential of each vineyard and can ferment the grapes from different sectors separately.
Our cellar has a storage capacity to ferment 300,000. This capacity results in differentiated products with a boutique flair and the distinct seal of our terroir. All our lines undergo an aging process in barrels made exclusively from French oak, thus achieving the levels of high quality and complexity that all our lines continually seek to express.
